Riviera Beach native, Jacoby Brissett, hometown N.F.L. player, along with Tommylee Lewis and The
Team Elam Foundation are partnering with they City of Riviera Beach Police Department and Parks and
Recreation to provide a community bike giveaway, bike ride, day in the park, and kickball tournament
along with the community resources. The Start of the Cycle event will be a one-day event held on July
16th at Wells Recreation Center.
