ABOUT US

Our Vision

T.E.A.M. Elam was formed to help combat violence and negative influences by introducing the youth to an array of positive influences and equipping them with the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in life through our provided programs, role models, and community events

Who We Are

The T.E.A.M. Elam Foundation, a non-profit 501©3 organization founded in June 2008 by former NFL player Abram Elam. He now has partnered with his brother Matt Elam of the Baltimore Ravens. The foundation is one of the greatest achievements and a true representation to giving back to the youth of America.

What We Do

Every year, T.E.A.M. Elam hosts “A Day in the Park” where 2,500 youth and families are able to experience a fun-filled day with food, giveaways, live music, and activities for all ages. It also includes resources to motivate and educate the community about the importance of collaboration, family involvement, and unity.

Another annual event is selecting a local Riviera Beach middle school to honor both a male and female student in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade who earned the highest score on the FCAT. Additionally, the foundation honors the students with the most improved score in each grade. The students, along with their parents are taken to dinner, attended by Abram Elam and receive awards and school supplies for their great accomplishments.

100% of the foundation funds provide various opportunities to inspire and motivate the families and youth. Some of opportunities the youth experienced last year was; attend the NFL game experience, RBC wealth management and financial literacy course, and SMSB camp and Michigan Trip. We also provide tutoring through Score at the Top program and mentoring.
